Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At L’Amour Clinic, we value your time and appreciate your understanding that our time is valuable too. When appointments are cancelled or rescheduled on short notice, or if you fail to attend, we are unable to allocate that time to other clients.

We recognize that sometimes short-notice cancellations are unavoidable. If it is feasible to reschedule your appointment without disrupting our clinic operations, we will make every effort to do so. However, due to the difficulty in re-booking appointment slots within 72 hours, we have implemented a 72-hour cancellation policy.

Deposit Policy

  • A £50 deposit will be taken upon booking your treatment and deducted from your final bill.
  • If you provide more than 72 hours’ notice for cancellation, the deposit will be refunded or applied to future treatments.
  • For cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice, including no-shows, the deposit will be retained, or a treatment will be deducted from a prepaid package.
  • On Model Days, a £50 deposit will be retained for cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice.

Appointment Reminders

To help you avoid losing your deposit or treatments, we send out email reminders ahead of your appointments. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, reminders may not always be possible. Clients should not rely solely on these reminders.

How to Notify Us of a Cancellation

To cancel an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible:

Prompt notification allows us to offer your appointment to another client and helps avoid retention of your deposit.
